Jon Keyes actively works with his clients to obtain the best results in the most efficient time.  He enjoys working with people with specific problems such as tendonitis, sprains, strains, headaches, tingling or pain.  He has success treating problems such as these and works with everyone from university athletes to recreational fitness types to gardeners. The knowledge gained from his Kinesiology degree allows Jon to analyze movements and identify the cause of discomfort his clients are feeling.  With this information his treatments are focused and effective, giving his clients back their pain free range of motion and quality of life.  Jon’s treatments can also be calming and soothing to the systems of the body.  High levels of stress come with many jobs and massage treatments can be very useful in dealing with the constricting feeling accompanying this stress.  Jon tries very hard to connect with his clients in order to communicate easily with them about their problems.  Jon is very personable and enjoys meeting new people.  He is a very serious golfer and also enjoys downhill skiing, volleyball and water skiing.
