Wayne has served in and for the Canadian Forces for many years. Most currently, he was the Director of Human Performance and Health Promotion in the Canadian Forces Personnel Support Agency and played a leading role in the R&D and implementation of all CF physical education and health promotion programs and physical fitness standards for the Canadian Army, Navy and Air Force.
